Talk on Italian Baroque Poetry - CIG: Colegio Internacional de Granada

In celebration of Book Day and to end Cultural week after awarding the prizes for the best short stories and watching the wonderful tribute to “Tricycle” which 3rd of ESO students prepared, we welcomed Mónica García Aguilar, professor at the UGR and specialist in Italian Baroque literature. She spoke with our 3rd of ESO and 1st of Bachillerato students to tell them about how important a literary legacy is and how poetry has left its mark on modern day society in all of the art forms around us.

Our week could not have been more filled with reading, books, poetry and lots and lots of passion for literature. Long live the literature, books and culture which feed our souls.
