In Values class, we continue having debates. Sometimes it is the students who choose the topic according to a current sociopolitical situation of interest to them (for example, “freely expressing and spreading your thoughts, ideas and opinions through spoken or written words or any other means”, as outlined in the Spanish Constitution- should this be allowed with or without limitations? Due to the recent news related to the inauguration of the new US president, this topic is quite interesting for students). We also learn about personality (whether we can modify our personality or not), and gender equality (whether men and women have the same possibilities or not).
There isn’t enough time to debate everything!
