- what educative stages are taught at cig?

In a commitment towards an education of quality, the school has started from the initial stage of Primary Education. In order to offer continuity, the project grows with our students reaching Secondary Education and Bachillerato, as well as it completes the lower end adding Infant Education.


- how can i enrol my child at cig?

High quality food is prepared on-site every morning delivering a well balanced diet controlled by nutritionists. If you have any dietary problems, special foods are available on request.

School menus can be consulted on our webpage and in the mobile application of our school so that families can organise their meals accordingly outside school hours.

 

Monthly Menu 2016/2017

 

1st week

Monday Mixed salad with lettuce, tomato, carrots, corn, and olives.  Pasta with bolognese, tomato,     carrots, pork and beef.  White fish. Fruit that is in season.

Tuesday Mixed salad with lettuce, tomato, tuna and corn.  Lentil stew with carrots, zucchini, potato, sausage.  Spanish tortilla.  Fruit that is in season.

               

Wednesday Mixed salad with lettuce, tomato, carrots, and corn.   Mixed Paella with chicken, pepper, onion, garlic, peas, carrots, zucchini, and tomato.  Sardines in oil.  Fruit that is in season.

Thursday Mixed salad with lettuce, tomato, carrots, tuna and corn.  Carrot soup with onion, potatos, carrots, and cheese.  Fried chicken breast.  Fruit that is in season.

Friday Mixed salad with lettuce, tomato, carrots, and olives.  Beef hamburger with cheese and potato stew.  Dessert made at the school or fruit of the season. 

2nd Week

Monday  Mixed salad with lettuce, tomato, carrots, corn, and olives. Spiral pasta with tomato sauce, onions, carrots and tuna.  Breaded hake fish. Seasonal fruit.

Tuesday  Mixed salad with lettuce, tomato, carrots, and corn. Garbanzo stew with chicken, carrots, onions and leak. Filled hard boiled eggs with pink sauce and tuna.  Seasonal fruit.

Wednesday Mixed salad with lettuce, tomato, carrots and corn. White rice with tomato sauce, onion, beef and pork.  Empanadas with tuna.  Seasonal fruit.

Thursday  Mixed salad with lettuce, tomato, corn, olives and cucumber.  Noodle casserole with squid, hake and shrimp.  Roasted pork in its sauce with fried onion, pepper, tomato and garlic.  Seasonal fruit.

Friday  Vegetable cream soup with onions, potato, cauliflower, green beans, carrots, artichokes, asparagus, and chard.  Homemade pizza with cheese, roasted ham, and oregano.  Homemade dessert or seasonal fruit.

3rd Week

Monday  Mixed salad with lettuce, tomato, carrots, corn, and olives.  Bow tie pasta in white cream sauce, onion, and bacon.  Hake in green sauce with peas, garlic and parsley.  Seasonal fruit.

Tuesday  Mixed salad with lettuce, egg, tuna, and corn.  Stewed lentils with carrots, zuchini, and sausage.  Spanish tortilla.  Seasonal fruit.

Wednesday  Mixed salad with lettuce, tuna, corn and carrots.  White rice with tomato sauce and a stir-fry of carrots, onion and garlic. Fresh chicken sausages in a sweet sauce (onion, sweet wine and honey).  Seasonal fruit.

Thursday  Mixed salad with lettuce, tuna, corn and carrots.  Potatos in garlic chicken, almonds, hard boild egg and garlic.  Fried sardines.  Seasonal fruit.

Friday  Mixed salad with lettuce, tomato, carrots, and olives.  Cream of zuchini with onion, potato, and cheese.  Baked chicken legs with mustard sauce.  Homemade dessert and seasonal fruit.

4th Week

Monday Homemade lasagna with ground beef, pork and a white sauce.  Fried cod with slices of tomato and cheese from Burgos.  Seasonal fruit.

Tuesday Mixed salad with tomato, carrots and corn.  White bean dish with sausage. Chicken stew.  Seasonal fruit.

Wednesday Mixed salad with lettuce, tomato, corn, carrots and palm hearts.  Rice with vegetables (zuchini, pepper, tomato, carrots, peas and onion).  Beef and pork meatballs with tomato sauce and onion.  Seasonal fruit.

Thursday  Mixed salad with lettuce, tomato, corn, olives and pepper.  Beef stew with potatos, leak, tomato, onion and garlic.  Spanish tortilla with spinach.  Seasonal fruit.  

Friday Mixed salad with lettuce, tomato, carrots, olives and pepper.  Chicken noodle soup with onion, potato and eggs.  Chicken or ham croquettes.  Homemade dessert or seasonal fruit.
